Requested a quote and within 2 hours Damian came out to quote the job, was friendly and happy to chat about the job so he could understand what we needed. Gave me a quote via email within a few hours (price was fantastic!) Then did the job within a few days, turned up on time, quality of work was brilliant and Damian and Nathan made sure we were happy and understood everything that they did. Will be my go to plumber from now on and recommend to everyone!

Extremely reliable, friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the potential problem over the phone and were patient with me as I have very little knowledge when it comes to hot water systems and the like. I thought the quote was reasonable. We used their service once in the past and reached out to them again. Would highly recommend them!

Very professional and responsive service. It was easy to discuss my needs with the team, sort out what was achievable, and be confident a good job was done. Since posting this review, Plumbers Express has undertaken further substantial works for me , mostly to repair various roof leaks. My dealings have mainly been with Damian, who is very experienced, highly professional, and a good communicator. He takes time to explain what is happening and to ensure the client understands the work being done. He has always been available in a timely way, with reasonable charges. I strongly recommend Plumbers Express, especially Damian and his new employee William.

I made enquiry for a quote on a gas connection job which I wasn't sure what needs to be done, and Damian was generous enough to help me figuring out the issue and potential solutions for it. Love his honesty. 5 Stars for sure!

From start to finish great customer service. Answered the phone (which was a bonus compared to others), showed up on time when arranged for the quote and showed up on time to do the job. Very happy with the advise given, the workmanship and the price. A second job completed, this time replacement of my roof guttering. Same reliable and efficient service completed very professionally.

I bought a new gas cooktop and was having trouble finding a plumber to install it. Finally found Plumbers Express and was thrilled to find that not only could they do it but were able to come out the same day. Received a text message later that day to say someone was on the way and around 30 minutes later Nathan arrived. He completed the job in no time and also pressure tested the gas lines. All up a great job and price was within the range I was expecting.
